STEVE CULLEN
By David Vox
Steve Cullen brings more than a decade of experience in men’s work through The Mankind Project, where he has supported men in developing emotional honesty, accountability, courage, and deeper integrity in their lives.
Alongside this work, Steve has walked a devoted path with plant medicines, approaching them not as a quick transformation, but as a lifelong discipline of humility, listening, and integration. His work is grounded in lived experience, practical wisdom, and a deep respect for the healing process.
Steve has completed the Sacred Integration Facilitator Training and now serves as a co-facilitator at an ayahuasca retreat, where he supports English-speaking participants before, during, and after their ceremonies. He helps people feel safe, oriented, and understood as they move through the intensity, beauty, and challenge of medicine work.
His role extends beyond the ceremony space. Steve also offers one-to-one integration support for those navigating the deeper questions that often arise after working with medicine: How do I live what I saw? How do I change without forcing myself? How do I build a life that reflects the truth I touched?
Steve’s approach carries the steady presence of a spiritual father. He does not position himself above the people he supports. He stands beside them, helping them recognize the tools they already carry, while offering new tools for emotional regulation, self-responsibility, communication, discipline, and inner trust.
His work is especially valuable for those who need grounded guidance after profound experiences. He helps people translate insight into action, vision into structure, and healing into daily life.
At the heart of Steve’s work is a simple commitment: to help people become capable of building the life they came here to live, with honesty, strength, tenderness, and responsibility.
