So the group fits

Why this exists

There comes a point when another ceremony is no longer the next step.

The medicine has already moved somewhere else — into your mornings, your relationships, your work, your choices. The deepest invitation is no longer another revelation, but the quieter turn: to receive and live what has already been given — until life itself becomes the ceremony.

The path

Five months, five mirrors

Each month has one guiding question and one practice. You move through them together, in the same circle, from beginning to end.

01
Month one

The Mirror of Seeing

What is life reflecting back to me?

Before anything can change, it must become visible — your body, your reactions, your projections, your patterns. Even the places that contract are not proof something is wrong; they show the qualities asking to be seen.

02
Month two

The Mirror of Feeling

Can I stay present with what life reveals?

Most people are not afraid of healing — they are afraid of feeling. We practise staying with grief long enough to hear what it loves, meeting anger without becoming it, and facing shame without abandoning what it taught you to hide.

03
Month three

The Mirror of Remembering

What has already awakened within me?

Many paths become obsessed with wounds. This month remembers the gifts: staying with joy instead of waiting for it to leave, trusting creativity before it is perfect, protecting wonder without calling it naïve.

04
Month four

The Mirror of Embodiment

Can I actually live this?

Integration is measured on an ordinary Tuesday morning, not in ceremony. Purpose becomes action, insight becomes practice, love becomes communication, self-respect becomes a boundary, a gift becomes a contribution.

05
Month five

The Mirror of Becoming

Can I receive the person I have become?

The final month is devoted to receiving — your gifts, your growth, yourself. It closes with the Celebration Circle, where the group reflects back what they have genuinely seen in you.

Two mirror ceremonies

The journey opens and closes in ceremony

Everything between them is ordinary life — which is exactly where integration happens.

Month one

The Opening Mirror

We begin by naming what life is already reflecting back to you — the patterns, the contractions, the places that ask for attention. This ceremony sets the intention the whole container will carry.

Month five

The Celebration Circle

Each person sits in the centre while the group reflects back what they have genuinely seen. Not praise — recognition. Your only task is to receive the person you have become.

The circle

Ten people. One circle. Five months.

You cannot see every facet of yourself alone — you have lived inside your gifts for too long to notice them. Ten people become ten mirrors, each catching a different angle of who you already are.

The group is closed. We begin, grow and complete together, because integration is built through consistency, relationship, and being seen by the same people over time.

About this framework

Turning life itself into ceremony

The Sacred Integration Journey is the Alliance's long-form framework for people who want their whole life — not just their retreats — to become the practice. It is not a program you buy. It is a way of organising the ordinary days so that what the medicine showed you continues to shape how you live.

The framework grew out of ten years of watching what actually works. Not what sounds profound in a workshop, not what markets well on social media, but what people who are still living well five and ten years after their first ceremony have in common. That's what this journey tries to name.

The four movements

The journey moves through four repeating movements: encounter, integration, service, and rest. Most people arrive knowing how to do the first and pretend at the second. The whole point of long-term practice is learning the third and, hardest of all, learning the fourth.

You do not need to do this alone. The circles, the podcast, the library, and the practitioners on this site all exist to hold different parts of the movement. Use what serves you and leave the rest.

What this framework asks of you

It asks that you take your ordinary life as seriously as you take ceremony. That you treat sleep, food, movement, and the people you live with as the actual altar. That you measure the medicine's work by what it changes on a Tuesday afternoon, not by what it showed you at 3am in the maloca.

It asks that you stop chasing peak experiences and start noticing the ones you are already inside. A quiet dinner with someone you love, a walk without your phone, an honest apology, an hour of real work — these are the terrain the framework points at. If the medicine helped you see them more clearly, the medicine did its job.

Common misreadings of the journey

Some people read 'life as ceremony' and hear a mandate to spiritualise everything — to light candles before meetings and turn every conversation into a teaching. That is the opposite of what the journey is pointing at. Life as ceremony means the ordinary is enough. It means you do not need special language, special clothes, or a special mood to be in relationship with what matters. It means you can be fully in your life without decorating it.

Others read it as an escape from ceremony — as permission to never sit again. It is not that either. Ceremony still has a place. It is just no longer the centre. The centre is your life; ceremony returns you to it.
