Integration Circles
Ongoing, accessible group containers — online and in person — where the medicine keeps speaking long after the ceremony ends.

About the Alliance
The Ayahuasca Integration Alliance is a global community of facilitators, therapists and seekers tending to what comes after ceremony — slowly, ethically, together.
Our mission
To make ayahuasca integration accessible, accountable and human — so that what opens in ceremony can take root in ordinary life.
We exist because the most important part of plant medicine work is also the most neglected: the long return. The weeks of tenderness. The questions that don't resolve. The relationships that need re-meeting.
The Alliance is the connective tissue between ceremony and a life lived differently — through circles, trained facilitators, vetted practitioners, and a steadily growing body of writing and conversation.
What we do
Ongoing, accessible group containers — online and in person — where the medicine keeps speaking long after the ceremony ends.
A rigorous, ethics-led path for those called to hold integration spaces with skill, humility and depth.
A carefully reviewed network of therapists, coaches and guides who understand the territory of plant medicine.
Articles, conversations and a podcast — a slowly tended archive of what helps, what hurts, and what heals.

Our story
The Alliance grew out of a simple observation: people were returning from profound ceremonies with no map for what came next. Friends couldn't hold it. Therapists hadn't trained for it. The internet was loud and the research, slow.
A small group of facilitators, therapists and former participants began meeting — first in living rooms, then on calls across continents — to ask a single question: what would real integration support look like?
A decade later, that question still drives everything. We are practitioners and pilgrims, scholars and skeptics, builders and listeners — all gathered around the same quiet conviction.

What we hold
We don't sell transformation. We make space for the quiet, often inconvenient work of becoming whole.
Ceremony opens the door. The walking through — the months and years that follow — is where life actually changes.
We hold space for many lineages, traditions and contexts — without flattening their differences.
We honour ayahuasca and the cultures that carry her, and we centre reciprocity in everything we build.
