About this list

A small, vetted list of people you can trust

This is not a directory. It is a small, deliberate list of coaches, facilitators, therapists, bodyworkers, and teachers we know personally and would send our own family to. Being on this page is not paid, not automated, and not permanent — each person has been in ongoing relationship with the Alliance and holds a standard of practice we can stand behind.

That standard is boring on purpose: real training, real supervision, transparent boundaries, aftercare that actually exists, and a track record measured in years rather than testimonials.

How to choose someone

Read the profiles slowly. Notice who describes their work in plain language and who reaches for jargon. Notice who talks about the ordinary weeks after ceremony as much as the ceremony itself. Notice who names what they do not do — a practitioner with clear limits is usually more trustworthy than one who claims to help with everything.

Most of the people here offer a first conversation without cost. Use it. If the fit feels off, keep looking. Trust matters more than technique.

A note on cost

Ayahuasca integration is skilled work and it is not free. If cost is a barrier, tell the practitioner — many hold sliding-scale spots, and some of the ongoing integration circles are free to attend for anyone who applies.

What a good first session looks like

A good first session with an integration practitioner is more listening than talking. They will ask about your history, your medicine, your current life, and the specific reason you are reaching out now. They will not diagnose you, promise you an outcome, or push you into a package. By the end of the hour you should have a clearer sense of what you are actually working with and one small next step — not a five-year plan.

If you leave the session feeling like a client rather than a person, that is a signal. Integration work is a relationship, and the relationship is doing most of the healing. If the relationship does not feel honest, the technique will not save it.

Working across time zones and languages

Most of the practitioners here work online, and several work in more than one language. If English is not your first language and you would rather speak in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or another tongue, tell us on the contact form and we will suggest people who can hold the work in your language. Integration in your mother tongue is not a nice-to-have; the body remembers in the language it grew up in.
