Last updated: 29 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance website, membership area, and the Academy (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by the Ayahuasca Integration Alliance ("the Alliance", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@ayahuascaintegration.org.
2. Membership accounts
Some areas of the Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
When using community spaces such as circles, forums, comments, and reviews, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you share, and we may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
4. The Academy and paid content
Certain programs, courses, and resources may require enrolment or payment. Access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Details of pricing and access are described at the point of enrolment.
5. Intellectual property
All content provided through the Services — including text, images, audio, video, course materials, and the Alliance name and marks — is owned by the Alliance or its contributors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
6. Not medical or professional advice
The Services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing here should be interpreted as encouragement to use any illegal substance. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your health and personal circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the content.
7. Practitioner directory
Listings of practitioners and facilitators are provided for convenience. The Alliance does not guarantee the qualifications, conduct, or outcomes of any third-party practitioner. Any engagement you enter into with a practitioner is between you and that practitioner.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Alliance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
