Senior Psychotherapist | Specialist in Ayahuasca Integration | Facilitator of Consciousness and Human Transformation
For more than two decades, Marta has devoted her life to understanding the human psyche, healing trauma, and guiding people through profound processes of psychological and spiritual transformation. She is widely recognized as one of Spain’s leading psychotherapists in the field of psychedelic integration and serves as one of the principal therapists within our monthly Ayahuasca retreat team.
Her work bridges rigorous psychological training with deep experiential knowledge of expanded states of consciousness, allowing her to accompany individuals through some of life’s most significant thresholds with exceptional clinical skill, compassion, and presence.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, Marta’s approach supports the restoration of wholeness. Her work helps people reconnect with their innate wisdom, integrate unresolved trauma, strengthen emotional resilience, and embody meaningful change in everyday life.

Her Journey
Marta’s vocation began long before her professional career.
From an early age she was drawn toward questions that shape every meaningful human life.
Who am I?
Why are we here?
How do people truly heal?
What allows a human being not only to survive, but to awaken?
These questions led her first into education, believing that transformation begins through learning. Her path then expanded into humanitarian work across Central and South America, where she collaborated on educational and community development projects while immersing herself in diverse cultural and indigenous perspectives.
Returning to Spain, she shifted into the fields of human rights, peace education, and international development before recognising a deeper truth.
No lasting transformation can occur in the outer world without first transforming the inner one.
This realization became the turning point of her life.
She committed herself fully to her own therapeutic journey, exploring Gestalt therapy, systemic work, body-based healing, the Enneagram, and transpersonal psychology. Through years of personal practice she encountered profound states of expanded consciousness that reshaped her understanding of identity, suffering, purpose, and human potential.
These experiences eventually led her to work respectfully with ancestral plant medicines.
Having witnessed their extraordinary capacity for healing within her own life, she dedicated years to learning alongside experienced indigenous elders, facilitators, and ceremonial teams from Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and across Europe. This apprenticeship gave her not only practical experience but a deep respect for the responsibility required when accompanying others through sacred medicine work.
Today, that wisdom informs every aspect of her practice.
A Grounded Presence
Marta offers a rare integration of clinical excellence, systemic understanding, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and deep experience with expanded states of consciousness.
She believes that true healing is not found in extraordinary experiences alone, but in the courageous and often quiet work of integrating those experiences into everyday life.
Her calling is to help each person remember their own inner authority, restore connection with their authentic nature, and embody lasting transformation with clarity, integrity, and compassion.
At every retreat, Marta holds a space where profound psychological healing and genuine spiritual maturation can unfold together, allowing insight to become lived experience and transformation to become a way of being.
