Is ayahuasca safe if I take antidepressants?

This is a medical question, not a spiritual one. SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, and several other psychiatric medications can interact dangerously with ayahuasca — risks include serotonin syndrome and hypertensive crisis. Never stop medication on your own; work with a psychiatrist and the retreat's medical screener to plan a safe taper timeline (often 4–6 weeks, longer for fluoxetine). If a facilitator waves this off, that is a red flag about the whole container.
